Layers of seasoned shredded chicken, cheese blend, enchilada sauce, and corn tortillas n a 1/2 size aluminum pan ready for the oven. Same ingredients as traditional Chicken Enchiladas but layered out similar to Italian style lasagna. Each tray is 5 lbs. and comes fully frozen.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 450'. Remove the label from the lid and remove the lid from the tray. Does not need to be thawed beforehand. If you do wish to thaw, adjust cooking times to 60 to 75 minutes. Slightly bend the lid so that it forms a small tent over the tray. Place this tented lid back on the tray and place it in the oven. Cook for approximately 75 to 90 minutes, or until the center is hot.
