Stuffed Bell Peppers with Marinara Sauce are available with Beef and Pork or Chicken filling. Each pan weighs 6 lbs., contains 12 bell peppers covered with marinara sauce, and comes frozen.
Cooking Instructions: Filling is raw. Please cook thoroughly to at least 165°F internal temperature. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove lid and prop up the center, then place back on tray. Place tray in oven. Cook frozen for 75 to 90 minutes. Cook thawed for 60 minutes or less. Cook times will vary, depending on oven. Remove lid last 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Bell peppers can be thawed and individually removed from pan, and cooked in a pressure cooker for smaller portions. Please refer to your pressure cooker for cooking instructions.
