We are a USDA-inspected factory that has opened its doors to the public, offering the same wholesale prices we give to the big hotel-casinos, restaurants and institutions who buy from us in bulk.

In order to maintain proper social distancing and to ensure customers don't have to wait too long in line, we are taking orders as follows:

Due to increase in productivity we have decided to limit pick up days to Tuesday thru Friday. All orders have a 3 day lead time to ensure product availability. We unfortunately cannot accommodate same day orders at this time.

Online:

For cash and card payments, we can take online orders here  Pick up is available from Tuesday thru Friday and pick up date and time can be chosen at check out. Advance orders are available!

PICK UP:

Pick up is easy! We encourage you to park in front of our building near our main entrance. You are welcome to ring the doorbell and we will assist you promptly. To maintain the well being of our employees and keep everyone as safe as possible, we are not letting any customers in the building at this time but we will take care of any payments at the door and bring your order to you. If you prefer curbside, just park and call us when you pull up and we will come out to you and even place it in your trunk to ensure contactless measures.
