As a vegetarian option we have Vegetable Lasagna with Alfredo sauce which has ricotta, vegetables, and alfredo sauce layered in between lasagna noodles topped with mozzarella.
We also have our amazing Mexican Lasagna using traditional Mexican ingredients we layer seasoned shredded beef, refried beans, cheddar cheese blend, and in house salsa in between flour tortillas.
Each is 6 lbs. and comes fully frozen in a 1/2 aluminum tray ready for the oven.
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 450'. Remove the label from the lid and remove the lid from the tray. Does not need to be thawed beforehand. If you do wish to thaw, adjust cooking times to 60 to 75 minutes. Slightly bend the lid so that it forms a small tent over the tray. Place this tented lid back on the tray and place it in the oven. Cook for approximately 75 to 90 minutes, or until the center is hot. Remove from the oven. For all lasagnas, let sit for up to 15 minutes to let it settle and firm up before cutting into.
