One of the most popular questions we get is what exactly is a Southwestern Strata?
Short answer -- Amazing!
Long answer -- We take scrambled eggs, sauteed spinach, ham, chorizo, and a house blend of cheeses, then layer it inside puff-pastry dough.
The official full name is Chef Mario's Southwestern Strata.
About 25 years ago, the founder of West Best Foods, Mario Campisi, was approached to create a unique item for the original Sahara Hotel.
