We have been working hard to keep up with the increased demands and still be able to sell to the public. Frequently Asked Questions

Here is a brief guide to some of the common questions we get, as we learn, reasses, and expand we will be updating this page.  Thank you to everyone for your continued support!

1. Do your items come frozen?  Yes.  Everything is made here on premises and frozen for at least 24 hours.  You just need to cook the items and serve!

2. Are the tamales precooked? The masa (dough) in the tamales is NOT pre-cooked and will need to be steamed before serving.  They can be cooked in a traditonal steampot, pressure cooker, or instapot.  You can find additional instructions here : Cooking Instructions

3. Do I need thaw before cooking?  Every item can be cooked from frozen.  Cooking times are based on cooking from frozen.  If you do choose to thaw, just reduce cooking times accordingly.

4. Will you still be open to the public after things reopen? Do to amazing customer feedback we have decided to keep the public outlet open permanently.  We will be adding an actual outlet store to our newly expanded building where we will offer our items for sale available by walk-in and of course pre-order through the phone.  We are excited about this new division  to our family run enterprises and looking forward to where the future will take us!
